Oral submucous fibrosis (OSF) is a premalignant disorder associated with the chewing of areca nut (betel nut). Develop a habit to floss your teeth regularly.

Regular dental visits are essential for keeping good oral health. Visit your dentist every 6 months even if you don’t see any serious oral problem.
